Speed out of combat do not affect class balance. Is just important to go to a fun spot to another. So, can we have some love on this, please?

To decrease our “most of the time low dps” to compensate by picking certain runes is not a good solution.

Well then make it easy. Make the out of combat speed boost everyone gets 30% faster, but make it completely nonstackable. Everyone at the same speed OOC.

A much better solution than having me waste a utility slot IMO.
