Im just coming back after a absence for 10 months my build is old, outdated and needs a refresh, I do about 95% pve and 5% fotm/PvP
My goal is a tanky, condition spreading, self sustainable build. Any info, tips and suggestions for gear, runes, traits, attributes, anything is greatly appreciated.
I know the link for my build is missing the armor runes and what not, as I’m doing this on my phone and it was frustrating me.

Bane Of The Legions (80 Reaper)
Duke Vindictae (80 Chronomancer)
Pain is temporary, Regret is forever.

Pure condition-type build, viable without ascended gears. Around 90% increased bleeding duration so that you can reach 25 stacks in single target + epidemic.

The rotation is simple: begin with scepter 2, then dagger 5, Blood is Power, dagger 4, epidemic. Then you have the choice: if you need to support your team, you can switch to staff and provide sustain (fear, chill, dispell conditions, provide regen…) or enter death shourd and continue to apply conditions (5 then 4). A few traits can be changed in order to provide more sustain / team support or more DPS, but you should keep in mind that direct damages or bursting damages are useless for you.

The major problem is that you can’t play with another condition (bleeding) player without reducing both of your DPS (’cause of the max stacks). But for solo PVE and organized dungeon, it is very effective. But it is no zerk play style…

edit: for PvP, the hybrid build you proposed is not viable cause you lack of sustain. Full condition type build is quite weak against certain classes, but very powerful against the others. You have to change a few utilities (epidemic and plague signet) and get break stun/ stab or teleport to survive.
