Blizzard did this and it causes nothing but frustration and the lack of diversity concerning classes in the long run. A lack of communication between devs and players is a bad idea and nothing good can come of it. If I made a product and saw that my product was the least used in its catagory and saw that my product feedback had this many complaints, i would at least address the public and let them know that we were at least aware of the issue and working on a fix rather than ignore the problem, causing public discontent and lack of faith in my product. This profession is being treated that way now. So what are we to assume? Anet is biased against this profession? Anet is uncapable of fixing this profession? Anet thinks we are okay?
