A valued player Condimancer! [PvE]
100 damage per tick doesn’t feel that great if I’m honest… I take ages to kill anything with conditions on Necro, but with Engineer I can get the job done easily, 1 mob or 4 mobs.
Too bad power Necro is mostly single target (save for DS and Lich Form).
Condition Necros (at least in WvW) become 100x stronger when roaming with a partner (preferably an P/P HGH Engineer) because the epidemics become killer.
A terror build Necro will still beat any form of power Necro 1v1 hands down though and terror hybrids will get alot stronger post 25th patch (assuming the leaked notes are correct).

Condition Necros in PvE are amazingly strong in AoE scenarios. There are many times that my team will be focusing down 1 or 2 targets, and by the time they get those two down, the cleave from Epi has already brought the entire rest of the enemies down to nothing.
The only problem, PvE is actually very easily done as a Necro with full glass gear, meaning you could also go hybrid, and retain all that amazing cleave, but picking up much better single target (and some AoE still) that doesn’t rely a single bit on bleeds. Basically, Hybrids almost do a Condi Necros job better (at least until they make debuffing really useful), which is why I run hybrid. I get the strong Epidemics, a good amount of condi damage, and yet when another condi build is fighting me for bleed stacks I’m still doing high damage with my attacks.
The bleed cap i think is the only thing that holds back Conditionmancers in PvE. If you run dungeons with friends and have a 3/2 split on power/ condition condimancers wreak.
I used condition from 1-46 FoTM and i wouldn’t of changed it for any other build. Almost perma-weakness, perma-poison, 15-18 perma-bleed with epidemic.
