If you use signet of undead and when on cooldown, out of combat, change to Signet of the Locust, they both share the same cooldown. So if i want to get like a speed boost, I can’t because i may end up with the signet of the locust being on a 100 sec cooldown.

You can’t but you can change any other skill and if you switch to SotL (or Signet of Spite), this will have the same CD as the recharging skill.

If you still don’t get it, go in-game, equip Signet of Undeath and Signet of Spite, then cast SoU and change SoP for SotL and see what OP is talking about (the same happens when you cast Well of Suffering).

Why fix the Necromancer for free when we can charge $$$ for the Revenant

Yeah, this is a weird thing in the engine. I’ve gotten it to work on other classes and skills using pretty much the method described. (Sometimes I have to switch more skills around at random.) Occasionally you can lock out skills that usually have around 20 seconds of recharge with ludicrously long timers.

Mixing insults with your post is like pooping in a salad.
It’s pretty obvious, and nobody’s impressed.
