I would really like to make a DS build using some of the new/changed traits we got last patch. I’m a little burnt out on everyone QQing about my Terrormancer (non 30-30-10 build).

problem I’m running into though is LF generation if I go with wells for utilities OR damage spikes if I run spectrals for LF boosts.

currently trying 30-10-0-0-30.

Reapers Precision seems to help a “liiiiiitle” with LF gen but I’m not really sure its worth it. Problem is, I want Close to Death AAAAND Deathy Perception which is all fine and good, but it cuts out some other build options like well cooldowns.

I’m sure other folks have theory crafted or found some stuff. please share your DS build ideas

Run 30.0.10.0.30 with soul marks for the lf generation. Run close to death with axe training. Then run valk ammy no need for precision you are bursting in ds with deathly perception. Works pretty well Crits mad hard.

30-10-0-0-30 like you’re running but I take:

VI-VIII-XII
VI
IV-VIII-XII

Dagger+WH/Axe+Focus
Well of Suffering, Well of Corruption, Spectral Walk, Flesh Golem

Only use DS for damage if you have the Axe out, damage does increase with Axe mastery.
Try and go into DS immediately after using SW if you’re in a fight, stay in DS until it runs out or you can’t damage your enemy, due to blocks, invuln, etc…

Initiate fights with WH5+Golem charge and jump in with DS 2, then dagger 3 + well bomb.
If you have Axe out go Focus4 → Axe3 → Axe2 → DS 5 → DS4 if multiple enemies DS1 otherwise.

Don’t be afraid to glue onto people and auto with dagger, you should out-DPS almost anything and build up LF very quickly because of the auto chain and Locust swarm.

I use full zerk amulet with Eagle runes, Precision on kills sigils on the weapons, Energy in WH and Force on Focus.

If you want some more survivability swap Focused Rituals for Enfeebling Shroud in the Curses line and swap Well of Corruption for Spectral Armor, just try not to stack the spectral effect durations.
