[BUILD] Crit Power necromancer
This is pretty close to the build I run. I’ve only just hit level 80 though, so I am going to try some more experimentation. I’m mostly a power dagger/warhorn wellomancer.
I also run 30/20/0/20/0, but with some different traits. I run the same traits in Spite… Hemophilia and Focused Rituals in Curses, especially for my “Blood is Power” skill and my two wells (Well of Suffering and Well of Darkness). In Blood Magic, I do Bloodthirst and Ritual Magic (also helps with wells). I’m interested in whether or not Bloodthirst or Vampiric Precision is more effective in siphoning health.
My off-hand is actually the staff, instead of the axe, which is incredibly helpful when needing some distance and aoe attacks. Is Signet of Spite worth taking along if you are a more power focused build?

Hi, thanks for leaving a comment. The reason i take Reapers Precision over Hemophilia is that i find that 20% extra duration for 2 stack of bleeding with 30 sec cd is not really worth taking, with Reapers Precision i get more survivebility and since its a crit build its pretty easy to trigger it. also if you read my guide i usually use it on no targets for the 10 stack of might only (if no one gets the 2 stack of bleeds then neither will you get it). And for the reason i pick Deep breath over focused ritual is that this is a dagger build and you will stay on your target for the most of the time with the Deep breath trait it makes it even easier.
Btw im not saying that your wrong, just wanted to let you and other people know

I ve been using a similar build lately…
In curses i have weakening shroud… dagger has great LF regeneration and i rarely feel i need more from reapers precision. And since u are using berserker amulet inflicting weakness on your target might help a lot with survivability.
Also i d swap out signet of spite. The power it gives is great (equivalent to 5 stacks of might) but i d rather take a defensive skill since with berserker u are squishy and u might need some extra defense if things go south. Perhaps a stun breaker…

I played a little more yesterday, focusing on the Hemophilia trait, and I think you may have a point. With a dagger myself who also has some focus on critical damage, I’m going to go ahead and try Precision. I’ve only recently gotten the hang of DS so having more life source is really helpful.
Deep Breath makes sense, of course, for your build because of the dagger/axe main hands. I use Focus Rituals, despite being a primary dagger user, for versatility with my wells (because as Enferian said, I’m pretty squishy and I like to use my staff in those situations lol). I think you have a pretty, albeit squishy, crit power build for Necromancers.
What situations do think are best for this build? PvE, WvW, PvP, Dungeons, etc.?

Well i used too have spectral armor instead of signet of spite but i realised that i could survived very good and that i rarely used it so i replaced it for signet of spite for more damage. I dont know if the enemies were noobs or not but i guess ill replace that signet if needed.

Well if your using staff as 2nd weapon set with focus rituals then i guess you should be able to use it in all situation. But with an axe… Higly doubt that it will work on WvW because of the very low range, lack of good aoe and being light armored class. I have never tried to bring an axe to a dungeon though so in conclusion if you are using the excact same set as me i think it will only work on PvE and PvP, not sure on dungeon though since i usually go for conditions instead :P
I m glad singet of spite works for you
I either use spectral walk or flesh wurm instead of signet of spite. i just like to have a stun breaker in all my builds. And flesh wurn is amazing in some maps for ninja escapes
Have u tried dagger/dagger with quickenig thurst? i believe that the effects stack and that u get 25% speed boost. Might be usefull…
