Haven’t touched my necro in ages.

Was curious if there is a good dual dagger solo build I can use in HoT.

What kind of gear and utilities should I be using and with this? Along with which two trait lines to go with reaper?

Any suggestions are very welcome

Spite and either Soul Reaping or Blood Magic. Probs Blood Magic for quickening thirst in particular.

gear? I recommend Valkyrie. Between Decimate Defenses in the Reaper line and Death Perception in Soul Reaping (if you go that route), You will have a highly boosted perception already. Use the trinkets that have power/precision/ferocity/vitality as there are no Valkyrie trinkets, and that will give you enough precision that maxing out your crit with fury and other things will be cake.

Utilities? If Blood Magic, Wells. If Soul Reaping, up to you. Lich is a good elite to take either way, unless you want minions.

I generally run power-shroud Reaper with shouts in HoT. Shouts generate LF and provide good defense on an otherwise glassy build.

Greatsword and staff is pretty standard. Lead with marks before switching to greatsword.

Sometimes, I will run axe-focus and Spite in place of staff, if roaming against single targets. Other times, dagger-focus or dagger-horn in place of greatsword.

Soul Reaping, Reaper, and either Spite or Blood Magic.
