I’m a pure 80 MM necro , rare to die or even be in a downed mode.
My healing source is from my minions siphoning as I got 6 minions and all minions traits.
Many players are saying that Blood fiend is to bad and undependable because of his low hp/armor.
What healing skill will suit me more ? or should I keep the minion ?
( just to know that Taste of death ( 16 recharge ) will heal me more than Consume conditions which got 25 recharge time ( without any conditions applied ).

Blood fiend does good on most pve where you don’t really need that much healing.
but there are situation (like places with heavy aoe, bosses and pvp ) where summons just get gunned down fast and you get lots of damage, then consume conditions is better choice. and wells are nice when in party.
I can honestly say, even though the blood fiend has its downside, the fast recharge on not only the heal but the minion cast is pretty nice. I have solo’d champs using his nasty little bag of guts as my heal (and he was my only minion because the fleshy kept dying lol. However, as Nismu mentioned, in heavier fights he’s a bad idea. Well of blood in groups is better than consume imo but consume, depending on your build (like a corruption build for instance) is one of the best self-heals. If you wanna keep using the bag-o-guts save it for mostly solo work or small parties. Since you said you mostly run minions I’d suggest well of blood for healing you and the minions. Also if you have enough in the blood traits line use the life transfer heal and that coupled with well of blood makes for some very resilient minions.
All of em are good in there own ways.
Blood Fiend is great PvE damage and healing when your not being focused, that you can also get down to 16 seconds with a typical PvE minion build.
Consume Conditions is one of the few reasons i still play Necromancer. For a top end heal amount, condition removal plus additional health per condition its just unmatched in PvP.
Well of Blood offers massive support as a bunker build, top end self-heal amount and +1,520 AoE heal +10 health per 25 healing power and can be brought down to 32 seconds with Ritual Mastery and a Light combo field for AoE retaliation and condition removal.
I like well of blood when I used to run minions I still used well of blood and well of corruption. However blood fiend is really fun with some rune combos its a fast heal.
