Hi,

In metabattle, Celestial Signet build is still the top choice for core Necro.
I don’t like playing tanky builds and I don’t have HoT yet.

Am I better off with a Power or Condition build as vanilla Necro?
Care to share a build or two?

If you don’t like Tanky, this is pretty squishy.

Reaper > Necro in all possible way. Of course i’m not saying that you have to buy it to enjoy the game. Just making it clear.
Also if u would decide to buy expansion – reaper is viable for both power and condi, and is a bit too strong. The only weakness is lack of escapes (and moa of course).

Core necro is clearly meant to be the best stomp denier/support bunker with Transfusion and Mercy runes.

high single target dps…, you can play with offhand dagger, instead of warhorn, but warhorn is better, becouse of interrupt and lifeforce gain…, instead of zerker amu you can play with knights to be more tanky, no one will be able to burst you down, but your dps will be nearly halved
