I remember early in GW2 when they changed BiP on like a weekly basis and at one time all the skill did was give you 20% LF and nothing else.

I actually really like this idea. Even in PvE. Running Curses isn’t too bad anyway with the 30% Crit Chance you get from it and Rage Runes, which is comparable dps to Zerk when wearing Valk and using reaper. Really interesting.

Not worth to get 10% LF when you kill yourself
So, the idea is to BiP, then CC out of the gate for some base LF. I imagine adding CB and CPC will help.
Not sure 10% LF every 20s with a cast time is worth anything in a game where reactivity is essential.
It feel more like : “Oh I needed a lot of X so I waste Y and Z for the sake of having a tiny bit of X.”
That might tho. Then again, why would I not just use the might shout and get 7% base.
