Hello.

Without the shourt trait “Augury of Death” , the shout “Suffer” will give you 5% life force per target hit.

Just reporting so poeple know.

I also think shouts are still bad and that the trait should add a similiar effect on them beside the CD reduction (if its meant as a brawler a condi clear/transfer per hit or such lifeforce sounds appealing).

I would very much like this LF gain to stay, same as on well of corruption. Played with 2 very promising builds, both using shouts but absolutely rely on the lifeforce gain from suffer. Without it, the only thing is the pigeon hole of blighters boon and praying your teammates are OP eles who give u boons

Ive also managed to transfer taunt back onto a frog with this. Not sure you are supposed to be able to transfer taunt since its not a condition.

Shouts are actually pretty strong right now, Suffer! is the only really weak one, though CttB (CDR, I’d say 90s base) and YSIM (1.0 healing power ratio on the healing) could use a wee bit more work and Rise! needs better models. However I’ve been using a Soldier full shout build, and it is really strong.

Yeah, since the cast time reductions on Suffer, Rise, and CttB, shouts are actually pretty good. Full shout builds require YaaW, since it’s the only stunbreak, but Suffer can apparently deal with some non-condition hard CC’s as well (like Taunt, I think I’ve broken stun before).

Same here, Bhawb. I still think YSIM should have a bit of a base heal buff, and maybe Augury could give each shout an additional effect along with the CDR, but otherwise the shouts are nice in PvE. Hell, even in PvP, if you go for the group fights (which, up to this point, was not the beeeest idea as a necro) you actually do quite well and can swing the fight in your favor
