2. stacks and stacks of Hylek Blowgun! https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Hylek_Blowgun
3. Dire armor of any quality and Superior Runes of the Traveler(Viper stat (accessories) also welcome)
4: Traits. with the exception of condi duration traits have no meaning!

Usage:
Step1: use your infinite tonic to produce your desired form
Step2: use the Hylek_Blowgun as your main offensive skills
Step3: stalk your guildies around open PvE and have fun!
