How about experimental builds? Talk about advantages, disadvantages, and compare the build to more standard ones that work the most reliably.

Take (II) over (IV) first soul reaping trait.
A soldier+ warhorn build easily camps DS long enough to not need reduced spectral CDs, as they would overlap. Same goes for protection boon. Enemy often open with a CC so u stunbreak, and then u have 15+ seconds of which you wont get protection if u use wall, so just keep in mind to not waste it as it doesnt stack.
Also, at that point, camping in DS with +50% crit is waay stronger than bigger marks or retaliation.
So if you wanna experiment but i warn u its harder and not so good results with a “ds swapping for fury” build absolutely add stabilty to it. It will help very much in wvw to stomp baddies who always fight u outnumbered.
Edit: almost 2k toughness, consider one of the % of toughness into something foods.
Otherwise, just take the mainstream +50% crit.
Gear should also be full power, full hybrid or full condi. Based on your traits, weapons, utilitys you should go the power route.

Okay well this is my commandamancer build:
Overview:
This build i use is for WvW commanding and Dungeons. The main point of this build is to be able to last in big fights while commanding and while debuffing with vuln. this build relies a good amount on death shroud as it is our buffing and debuffing form. you can easily stay in DS for 10 secs at minimum
Pros:
-perm swiftness
-heavy might stacking.. can get 25 easily.
-heavy vuln stacking, can also get 25 easily.
-huge tank capabilities. 21k hp and 2.8k tough
- great condi remove
Con:
-Damage is average
- susceptible to condis in about 18 sec windows
Why Dungeons with this?
- my main reason is the vuln stacking. 25 stacks means 25% more damage on all physical attacks that you AND your allies do. so 25% more damage from 5 people….
-The utilities obviously change depending on the dungeon.

This build uses unholy sanctuary and is very strong. I haven’t seen anything like this on the forums but it’s very had to kill and still hits hard. Is the meta opinion still that unholy sanctuary is garbage? That is wrong. The trait fixes the weakness of plague and Lich form (that you can’t heal) by offering you a bail out.
I have been using something like this in WvW for zergplay, although with obvious swaps it is suitable for roaming too.
This build is very resilient and has excellent sustain, as well as group utility in the form of protection for your teammates.
The correct food/utilities are important, it is important to use the stone that converts toughness and vitality to power.
For PvE, swap to berzerker armor, swap axe out for dagger, and swap in well of power for your third utility.
I am wondering what builds the devs might have envisioned when doing the necro balance and according to the latest necro buffs this is the build the devs would have envisioned.
