So what are you guys running with? and what do you use it mainly for?
Im currently running full rabid , just finished my 3 ascended weapons , doing mainly dungeons and small scale wvw… Like it so far but im thinking on trying full carrion , though im not making carrion ascended xD

Celestial,I use it for every build for PvE and WvW.

A mix of Rabid and Dire is likely the best for WvW. You should bring enough Rabid to get a reasonable crit rate for Dhuumfire/bleed procs should you bring them, and then Dire for the rest.

The power from Carrion is pretty terrible for condition based Necros.
