Greeting,
I’m a Nerco main working on improving him in both PvP and WvW and I have been looking for a good Carrion base stat build armor set that is Exotic or above in rank. For those who don’t know what carrion sates are they are Power, Condition damage and Vitality. If you know of any post below or if you know of a dungeon that gives out that type of gear that would be great too. The armor needs to be light armor FYI.

They are dungeons.

Edit: FYI having done full sets of Carrion/Rabid /Dire I would say Dire is the most durable while still focusing on Condi damage.

Crafting exotic is probably the cheapest way but gathering material can take a while.

You can also run any dungeon and use the gold to purchase materials, components, or entire armor pieces from the trading post.

This is for WvW and PvE armor.

I have no idea what you’re asking, but there is nothing in this game that could make what you just said here true. Lifesteal abilities scale their damage from power, and their healing from Healing Power.
