Check out my Necro build guides on you tube!!
Nice work, man. I just watched your Condition PvE Build since I have no Idea about nec+PvP but I have some minor complains. If you are not up for some constructive critic, please stop reading now. Oh, and blabla english is not my native language blabla sorry blabla I’m sure you are able to understand me
Some things I would do different:
- You use one well but two corruptions – one of them is epidemic, a builddefinig spell. Why do you use focused rituals instead of master of corruption?
- Don’t use conditiondamage/power/vitality. You have more then enought hitpoints and a conditionbuild won’t profit from power. Use conditiondamage/precision/toughness instead.
- Same goes for celestial trinkets. They are BAD. Bunch of stats you dont need. And they grant magic find. Magic find is my personal nemesis in this game.
- I realy need to do calculations about rampagers gear. Precision as a main stat? I think this is very weak – but not sure about this point.
- A rune with conditiondurations is muuuuch better then rune of the undead.
- 10 Points in bloodmagic grants you a trait, that creates a mark of blood every time you dodge. I think you should take a look at this. But where do I get 10 points?…
- … 20 points in death magic? You don’t profit from the second minor trait (Protection of the horde) and staff mastery is kinda useless. the only marks you want to spam on cooldown are blood and chillbane. You have 10 seconds time before you swich back to scepter. Bloods CD is already low enought for this and 16 or 20 sec on chillbane won’t change anything, you can use it once and its of cd the next time you swich to staff.
- My last point is a question, I haven’ tried this, yet: Why use staff at all? Its a huge damageloss to swich to staff and you can get the cc by using Scepter/Focus + Scepter/Dagger. Same cc, more bleeds and you can swich weapons on cd to trigger sigill of endurance/might/whatever.

Spiteful marks?
No no no… you want Mark of Evasion
The only way to play the engineer is to exploit it.
Playing the engineer “as intended” is simply not viable.
