chill of death works, when u hit some1, who is already below 50%. Havent thought about that but its great

It’s particularly helpful against high-HP mobs where you have enough time to proc Chill of Death more than once. Free added passive damage.

Its totaly for pvp. It starts procing once target is below 50% and has and ICD of 20s.

if youre pve, im 99% ur power specced, in that case the axe/might on lifeblast traits would deal more dmg. mobs dont have many boons, meaning ull be hiting the lower dmg part of it.
the axe trait for 10%dmg works while in DS giving axe +DS1 same bang as staff with DS1

This is all true if you’re running a Death Shroud build. If you’re running with dagger, then Chill of Death is quite helpful. And at the moment, dagger glass cannons out pace DS for damage and team utility.
