Remove the stun, nerf the chill, I don’t care. 120 seconds is just too long.

A 40 second cooldown standard condi removal removes Chilled to the Bone completely.

5x Warrior, 5x Ranger, 4x Elementalist, 4x Engineer,

60s is fine, no need to nerf the chill or the stun, the skill would not be op but at least worth its elite slot.

I agree, make it 60s. Compared to Entangle etc. that’s reasonable. But even then I’m not sure if I wouldn’t rather stick with my Flesh Golem.

When you’re able to cast this and it hits it can be quite devastating. Problem is that this skill gets interrupted all the time in PvP due to its long cast time. I think it needs a hefty cast time reduction. I must also agree that the cooldown is a bit high on it, should decrease the cooldown to 90 seconds tops.

if only the stability applied while casting it :P would make that 120s less painful. would still not pick it over plague form though.

I felt like it was a very useful skill, but not “game-changing” as you would expect a skill with such a high CD AND high cast time. So at least one of them needs to be reduced. 1s cast on 90s sounds decent to me.

I agree with pretty much everyone else. It’s a cool skill but needs a bit of a buff.

I main Ele and Necro, though I have an alt of each profession at level 80.

I personally think a 90 second cd with a 1 second cast time sounds pretty reasonable. That would put it just outside the time frame of being used twice in a fight (with the cd trait). But yeah a cast time as long as the stun you’re working towards is awful. It’s like stunning YOURSELF for 2 seconds

I think an interesting way to do it would be to reduce the cast time to 1.5 seconds, increase the stun to 3 seconds, and make the stun unbreakable.

cast time needs to be reduced and the stab needs to be pulsing. if you hit up to 5 foes with it, yea 10 stacks of stab is useless if its just stripped instantly especially in the current boon strip heavy meta.
Prob was supposed to be pulsing but it isn’t atm

If it was 1s cast, a bit lower CD, it would absolutely be elite. When you pull this off you can destroy fights, but at 2s its really luck as to whether you can even finish the cast before your opponent randomly evades your teammates’ auto attacks.

Meanwhile, Earthshaker and Hammer 3, both around 10 second cooldown, can do the same thing.
