No, it doesn’t. Nothing that says +damage affects condition damage.
Altho it seems ‘per tick evaluation’. So like getting might will suddenly make your condi’s tick harder than on cast.
It only seems to affect direct power damage.
Nope, 99% sure it’s just direct damage. You can eaasily check in the mists.
A bad necromancer always blames the corpse.
Condition damage isnt effected by any damage modifier. This is one of the many reasons why condition damage is terrible for pve.
