Does it count condition as the 20% damage increase or just direct damage?

Nothing multiplies condition damage, either in a positive or negative manner.

Anytime it says "increases damage " you can assume it only means direct damage not condition damage.

Nothing multiplies condition damage, either in a positive or negative manner.

Might is not a condition damage multiplier, it is an additive increase, which is very different.

Direct damage only.

Speaking of Might, I have not found a replacement for my old Might-duration build but am still working on it. I used to have 10+ Might up nearly continuously. Of course, it was only good for fights where nothing much else makes a difference, like the old Tequatl and the current temple priests. I have noticed fewer other professions are bringing AoE Might to the table anymore. It is sad when I go into Lich and no one gives me a boon.
