Have you considered taking the signet trait and switching Consume conditions for signet of vampirism? The might is certainly nice and scepter is not what yu call high damage. The loss of blind is also great for your dps.
I have thought about it and the blind is annoying. But the bonus might just goes to waste. In my normal group I’m almost always at 25 might. But I have not tried it out yet.
I did a few Fractal runs (lvl 40 and 50) today with a condi team and it was really fun and enjoyable, it didn’t feel super slow and with the transfusion trait you could save party members from “if you’re downed you’re dead” situations. We didn’t have any guardians, mesmers or warriors but it went well. Tons of blind and chill, tons of heals, the might from Blood Is Power is just lovely. Cliffside fractal was super easy. Epidemic!
25 stacks of bleed. You can go way over 25 stacks of bleed. I just did the Harpy fractal alone to see how many bleeds I was actually doing. I hit 35 at one point.
I like blood bond with signet of suffering. Would the might from blood bond & plague sending make up for dagger5 (quickening thirst)?

I guess Thirst is good for couple reasons:
1. It frees up your bar in situations when you have no swiftness uptime from Locust Signet (Open PvE for example). So you may take SoS or CPC.
2. It works nicely with reduced CD on Blood is Power
3. It allows you to stack more bleeds
4. Blind will work with Chilling Darkness and Chill can proc more Vulnerability from Bitter Chill if you take it.
So in general, just more goodies.

How are you stacking that much? Im getting 28 when I peak and it goes back down to 24
@Lopez, Bitter Chill will be better if your group doesn’t stack 25 vuln all times already anyway. Otherwise, Talisman.

Scepter 2 dagger 5 spite blood is power return conditions back to them death shroud 2 and 5 can golem charge for another 16 secs of bleed and dodge roll for 2 more stacks. But it does take a bit of luck with the 33% chance on crit nerf to barbed.
is that your rotation? Do you start out with focus vuln?
Don’t really have a rotation its just all the bleeds. Normally pop blood is Power early to get the 1 min bleed off cool down sooner.
In Open World fights with Champions/Bosses and mobs assisting them you can slap in Parasitic Contagion, move into the range of Scepter 1 and start reading a book just pressing Epidemic on cooldown.
In many situations, with current broken burning, your DPS will vary from 60k to even 150k+ per second total. In combination with Parasitic, you won’t die from any AoE damage as long as you have couple targets to spread on so can pretty much AFK and out-dps any other profession. Beyond 3-4k HPS, I haven’t found a situation in which I’d have to move.
I can’t understand this logic. Parasitic in PvE will always be broken powerful with all the condis and stackable ones now. As long as there’re targets, it will outheal vast majority of damage boss or field can do.
So just tune it with PvP in mind – 15% and working in Shroud…

After doing dungeons yesterday I think you guys were right with the signet mastery being better damage. Also switching out for signet of vampirism was nice. Was able to break 8k ticks in a fractal and getting over 7k more consistently.
I’m enjoying this build a lot. Thanks for sharing it.

any reason why you mixed sinister and rampager gears?
I always thought that the highest condi damage comes from full sinister?
is the dps from the extra crit chance + barbed + sigil of earth greater than having extra condi damage?
