Is it viable to use rampager gear in pve? Condition damage will be lower than rabid, but auto-attack, feast of corruption, DS pure damage will increase and pure damage is exactly what we need to destroy structures.

No one? No one use rampager? Is it so bad?

I used to have it, it was nice but you were very squishy. Think rabid is better for WvW at least. In PvE im sure its viable.

You maybe squishy, BUT high toughness provides more aggro in pve, i have no problem with survivability with my bers war

As I said, dont think it’s any problem in PvE!

First hybrid build i’ve made got 100.000 views on youtube, updated version of it got 60.000 views. Judging by the feedback from those views i would say people use it with great satisfaction…

It’s one thing if i say it’s good… it’s another if many say it’s good…
Even so… the playstyle required for the actual build might not be to your liking. Try it out knowing that is a good build, and see if you like it… if it’s for you.

Its better than rabid or carrion. But raw damage is still better in most instances.

It’s the build I ended up using after I tried out what I saw in Nemesis’s video. It fits my playstyle and I like it. I don’t feel too squishy either.

Cool someone else that uses a build close to mine.This is my build I use,it’s missing the back cause they don’t have it update with Celestial back.With it on i’m at 70% crit DMG and 40% crit,without fury buff.

I use Rampager with Might duration runes. Rampager gives enough precision that I do not need to trait the Curses line to crit. For me, I choose the trait skills and build, then fit armor and trinkets around them. I know Nemesis does the same. Many of my weapons proc an effect on crit so I need Precision even if I go (30/0/x/x/x).

My Necro carries 10 sets of armor – one for every occasion. Most are just for goofing around with experimental buids, though. (And I am perpetually poor, too.)
