Hello,

I’m a condition necromancer and I’m having doubts about precision. Barbed precision seems awesome when you read it but sucks because it’s only a 1s bleed. So precision would only be useful with a sigil of earth but I just read somewhere that it has a cooldown, is that right ? If that’s the case then precision becomes a useless stat for us and it would be better to focus on +power +condition damage +(toughness or vita) stuff. What are your thoughts on this matter ?

On a side note, I really hope Anet will increase the number of maximum bleeding stacks because in my opionion it’s totally unthinkable to let a class be useless in big events and worse, sometimes some of us can’t even complete the events because of too low damages and did it for nothing.

Sigil of earth’s cooldown is only 1 or 2 seconds. This was mainly instituted to prevent abilities that perform a lot of hits at once or in rapid succession from stacking a huge amount of bleeds. Sigil of earth is still extremely good and almost essential for a conditionmancer.

Precision is great. The first minor trait in Curses AND Sigil of Earth both synergize with it, resulting in moar bleeds!.

@Brogin : Okay very low CD, so it’s still good, nice to know !
@Mathemagician : Well the first minor trait in Curses you’re refering to is Barbed precision and it’s only 1 tick so it can be seen as a ~100 dmg direct damage so it’s really not that good.

Another question though. If you do well of suffering + well of corruption + scepter damage, with 1 or 2s CD it will miss a lot of critics. Moreover when a well critics it applies the bleeding on each mob within the well or just one and goes to CD ?
The CD still kinda ruin the thing.

Nobody knows if a successful critic bleeding on a well is applied only on one mob and goes to CD or on each mob in the area ?
