Condition build. A few questions about equip
personally, i prefer carrion set… because, having a 60% of critical chance, the chance to inflict bleeding is 36%.. so, one every 3.. not bad, but i like much more geomancy.. 4 stacks every 9 seconds.. surely.. and adding 2/3 k of life is always usefull..
but is just a play stile
:)
Well, at least Carrion is not that expensive to get. I’m thinking of getting that one while slowly working on The TA set. What about runes though? I’currently wearing 6 out of 6 superior undead. Any obvious objection?
Endy.
i like the COF gear with con>vita’>power and using the rune of the undead for extra Toughness and ofc the 6 set bonus – 5% Toughness as condition damage.
it’s not that hard to get as a lot of ppl want to do COF so… no cost there…
if you get hit a lot and your build is glass condition you can get the TA gear for Toughness and get more HP with runes but for that you need to see how it goes for you
I prefer Rabid sets (can’t be crafted sadly) with Condition damage main and Toughess and Precission Minor. It gives good survivability and around 50% crit chance on complete yellow.
I deal at least 120 dmg per stack bleeding per second and combined with sigil of corruption and might goes up to 140 no probs.
for th runes go 3 of afflicted and 3 of krait.. u lose 4 damage/second per stack and gain 60% more of bleeding duration!!
@Sparda – You get 30% duration from that setup, not 60%
You can go 2x Krait/Afflicted/Lyssa for 40% bleed duration (and 10% duration for all conditions from Lyssa)
2x Krait/Affli/Lyssa and 3x Krait/Affli are fairly even in my opinion. Personally I’ve opted for 3 and 3, which will benefit you more if you have a lot of bleeders around pushing the 25 stacks, whilst 2/2/2 is potentially better for longer fights, where you are the only bleed stacker. Either way, the difference is minimal.
Toughness/Prec/Condition damage is far better, but harder to get. Carrion stats will do to begin with.
With Curses you get a 66% chance to apply bleeding when you crit, and with a sigil of Earth another 33% chance for another extra bleed from all attacks that crit. That’s why you take Prec gear.
Toughness beats Vitality every time, simply because Toughness provides more survivability against normal damage whilst Vitality protects you more from condition damage which ignores armour. Necromancer starts with high base health and you should have 2-3 ways to remove conditions from yourself.
I’d say your spec is okay, but it’s nothing special. Glance over the signets and the Spite tree and see what you can come up with.

Eurosdown: sorry, i wronged.. i tacited hemophilia.. anyway how sigil of earth works with barbed precision?? we have 66% by barbed and another 60% ( if i don’t wrong) by the sigil..
