Let me state this clearly: I feel for you.
I was browsing the changes, and I read the obvious huge and NON-SENSE nerf to the heal.
To me, it’s just illogical to add a negative effect to the only skill, a heal, that should NOT have any negative effects at all. And on top of that, it’s even a huge negative one, 10 vuln stacks for 4 seconds are really just plain stupid.
If they wanted to nerf, they could have done a lot of different things: increase the CD (oops, they did it too), lower the amount healed (base and/or per condition), lower the amount of conditions consumed (3-4-whatever number), lock the conditions cured to just some fixed ones (like Withdraw/Hide in Shadows), etc.
They instead went the lazy and stupid way, and the fact that you can remove those stacks with another skill is nonsense, it means that one utility slot will be used just to support the heal. Less variability in builds.
I hope that they change this, and I just wanted to let you know that I support your outcry regarding this topic. Not all teefs are bad! ^^
