I understand this skill converts boons into conditions but I’m unsure of the duration.

Is the duration a fixed time or does it factor the boon duration for the condition duration. If a target has 10 sec of stability, does corrupt boon turns it into a 10 sec fear?

the cond duration increase might work but it doesnt matter how long the boon duration is when it gets converted as far as i know

The time left or boon duration of the boon has no effect. The flipped boons have a set duration. Even if you had .1 seconds left on stability, it still turns into a 1 second fear.

The flipped conditions are effected by duration. So you could get a maximum of a 2 second for for example with 100% fear duration.
