Seems fine to me. For what it does, it’s not too shabby.
Soul Eater could use a base recharge as the trait is rather clunky to benefit from at the moment.

I agree on that regard soul eater feels clunky, now that you guys mention it..if we are to see a cdr on the skill it’ll be from that trait one will hope.
