Hemophillia is suppose to increase bleed duration by 20%.
However, when used, the duration of bleeds does not increase on tooltips, enemy condition monitor or by damage.

It works it just doesn’t update your tooltips. It also stacks with the scepter 33% trait.

As Chuiu said, it doesn’t update your tooltips, but you’ll generally see an extra bleed tick per stack, depending on the base bleed time. I also believe that things like bleed duration from rune sets also don’t actually appear on the tooltips, don’t ask me why, they just… don’t.

This is the case with any duration increase that doesn’t effect conditions or boons as a whole. Any of the rune sets that increase the duration of a boon or cond will not reflect in the tooltip.
