% Damage increase needs to work with condition damage

Condition damage in general needs buffed. Yeah I can get a lot of stacks up on someone, 8 or 9, pretty easy, but in 5 or 6 seconds, they use their heal, and bulls charge/heartseeker/immobilize and hit me for 9k…Maybe if the conditions lasted a bit longer too, it wouldn’t feel so broken.
I think the fact that a warrior can do 20k damage in under 7 seconds, but it takes 7 seconds for me to actually stack my DoTs onto something, is retardedly weak and is actually laughable.
Either other classes need major nerfs, or conditionmancer needs a massive damage buff.

After I realized how bad we were in structured pvp compared to other classes, I don’t even want to play the game anymore. That’s how much more powerful they are.

condition damage is balanced around the fact that it completely ignores toughness. As it stands it is relatively high in pvp and has been balanced with that stack cap and application nerfs . For pve I couldn’t see a problem though bumping up the damage in some way or allowing 25 stacks per player etc to capped amount.

This is the reason why Condition Damage isn’t affected by +% damage.

Which is also the reason the condition damage spec of the condition damage focused class does the lowest damage of everyone as all their +% damage traits that they spec into to get the stats they want do not function.
+% Damage should work for conditions even if it is at a reduced rate. Attacks have +Damage, Crit, Crit Damage and vulnerability to increase its damage.
A Simple solution would be to make +% Damage on conditions effect the Condition damage . Thus Close to death would increase your condition damage by 20 vs targets at 50% less health, which is a very minor damage increase but a worthwhile one.
