Dark armor trait worthless
Life transfer, life siphon, ghastly claws, and I think it might affect reviving yourself or allies? Eh, not sure on that last one. Personally I do find it a bit situational so I opt for shrouded removal to cancel out short immobilizes and fear.
The skills above are indeed channelling. AFAIK downed skill #1 is also channelling so it can be useful when your ally is reviving you when you have dps pressure on you.
alright just questioning since i was kittening around on the builder and it doesnt show the +400 toughness on the skills like it does with ele
It would be nice if it granted like 3-4 seconds of protection on activation of a channeled skill.
extra dodges, real stability, mobility skills,
burst skills, sustain, or good support. GG ANET.

Yepp especailly when it is in a trait line that buffs boon duration.

Yeah I never really understood why there where only 2 traits in our boon duration tree that actually grant boons.

Only useful when you have a power build using axe and dagger mainhand imo.
Want to know how to make this trait awesome and invite a lot of fun play/counterplay to it?
Dark Armor: Gain 400 Toughness against any foe within 400 range of you.
May be best with MH dagger and dagger traited for reduced CD. Axe gives a little range for dodges. Dagger needs bigger tells to avoid so Dark Armor is there to mitigate face tanking. I only use DA with dagger and just soak the incoming damage instead of using DS or a dodge. It is an all-in play style. Any incoming hard counter or other gap opener could mean the #2 siphon channel is the only dps skill that can reach the target so I like to use it.
