When you have both of these traits, what would be a better Sigil to have, Superior Sigil of Bloodlust or Superior Sigil of Momentum? …or do I just stick with the Superior Sigil of Life I already got?

Depends on what do you want to do – remember that the stat you gain from that trait is minimal, so it doe snot become very important ( even if it is still a good number).

So far i would suggest you corruption/ momentum depending on what you want to do, also because the necro has almost no need of healing power.

Well, it is a Vampire build, really tanky and supporty but also pretty strong in my opinion, it’s been doing pretty good in PvP but I care more about PvE/Dungeon, so I was just wondering in PvE what would be more beneficial to stack with those two traits, more toughness that in turn give me a bit of power and healing power? or more healing power that just only gives me a bit more power? or stack power that gives me more healing power?

You want more power so you have more power.
Besides the fact that you don’t need defensive stats in PvE at all, the scaling of vamp traits with healing power is almost non-existent.
