Right so I was thinking about quality of life stuff after reading that balance post thingy and apart from some obvious things like signets working in death shroud and being able to see cooldowns in death shroud, complete lack of any kind of invulnerability frames I thought about our one and only leap and how it never fails to disappoint when we need it the most to chase some guy running away with low health or when we are running away ourselves by either hitting a pebble and stopping completely or simply deciding that I wanted to go in another direction by itself and I realized that the functionality problems with Death’s Charge are mostly caused by the fact that there’s no real jump/arc attached to the skill so my suggestion would be to add a slight jump/arc to it.

Jump at the same time you cast the skill. You’ll jump and move forward. You can even go from the center of khlyo to the windows this way.

Necros don’t have reflects, invulns, vigor, blocks,
extra dodges, real stability, mobility skills,
burst skills, sustain, or good support. GG ANET.

This trick is pretty clunky though, and I say this as an avid dodgejumper. An arcing leaping would feel much more natural.
