Deathly Swarm only transfers 1 condition?
It’s currently transferring one per bounce, with three bounces. Not sure which is supposed to be the correct functionality, but either the spell needs to change, or the tooltip does.
Has anyone else noticed this? It seems that Deathly Swarm only transfers one condition to the target foe, rather than 3.
Is it only supposed to transfer 3 if it bounces to 3 targets?
