Debility build for WvW?
Any large zerg in a decent or better WvW tier will have a massive number of condition cleanses. Guardians and Elementalists will completely negate your build and leave you with no useful options. The only useful part of a “debility” build is Plague, because it casts conditions per second.
Plague and Focused Rituals+ Well of Darkness. Both can mitigate plenty of damage. Even funnier with pulsing Chill from Chill of Darkness.
Other than that, Corrosive Poison Cloud is surprisingly good in zerg fights. It’s tough to notice its effects sometimes, but it’s quite good to dump in the enemy team.

All condition duration is doubled with the food. Also has more frequent well of corruption and darkness, still at range. Corruption cooldown is used for CPC instead of Epidemic (you won’t likely get a good Epidemic off anyway) As a plus, I got rid of one of the Giver’s weapons for some better stats. Plus, if you hit someone below half health, free Spinal Shivers.
There are still improvements that could be made, I’m sure, but I think this will do decently well as a zerg debuffer build.
