So I hear all this complaining and stuff about this build but I don’t even know it lol?

I know the Dhuumfire/Terror trait but how does this sort of build look like it? Anyone have a link wanna see what it is all about

I’m having the same trouble. I don’t know why you would spec so far to get Dhuumfire just to boost the power of Terror. It seems counter-intuitive to me.

Taking Dhummfire gives you burning damage on each crit. Why would you not want to take that, especially with all the CD you should be taking? Here’s a link to the build that I’m using:

As you can see, loads of CD by taking Rabid gear. How much Rabid gear you take is completely up to you, but you definitely want to take a healthy amount. I would also like to reference this site:

It hasn’t been updated for Terror, but if you plug the 1733 CD I have from my build, you’re doing 761 dps with burning. Mess around with the numbers for stacks of bleeding as well. Throw in some Terror and you’ve got your enemy losing lots of health, really fast.

Do you sPvP btw? If yes what are you’re recommended utility skills? Because I’ll mainly use the Necro for PvP purposes.

Hey, are u still using sigils of paralyzation after the nerf? they dont increase fear duration now

Wow so stun duration increased Fear duration as well? But now not anymore?

My concern is that you’re investing 30 points to get that trait, and every other trait along the way is a bit worthless for condition based Necromancer. All you really get is Condition Duration, but I thought that was deemed pretty useless in any PvP/WvW environment.

I was coming from a PvE perspective, so my bad :P

So what kinda builds are Necro’s using in PvP not the Dhuumfire spec?
