Day 1

The gods have changed the world. I feel a stronger sense of attunement to the spectres but my minions appear to have grown weak… among my ilk i see joy in some and woe in others.

Day 2

I think to myself that it is just the sadness that we as a whole still isn’t able to hold our own in WvW solo roaming against many other classes that just have such incredible sustain and kiting ability. I feel despondent.

Day 3

I convince myself to stick with being a reaper and just try and find the best way to adapt to the changes. Bah! Not like I have much choice! Can a Reaper of darkness turn to the light? It was inconceivable.

Day 4

I’ve been hearing whispers by a necro by the name of Hesacon on roaming WvW with vanilla necro. Does he do this solo or with friends? With all the nerfs reaper has been enduring at the whims of the gods, perhaps using a vanilla necro for solo roaming might be better…bah! As if i would return myself to the lowly version of a necro! Hmmph!

Day 5

I started experimenting. Could a vanilla necro really be the answer to my woes? Could i really overcome all the other classes in WvW 1 vs 1 mortal combat? I just don’t see the light. Other classes are running such cheese and high sustain high damage builds…this is depressing…

Day 6

I encountered a perma evade condi cleansing condi bursting daredevil today…i feel helpless…

Day 7

I encountered a bunker condi bursting chronomancer today…life is sad…

Day 8

I encountered a hyper kiting power druid today. Is there any fairness in this world?

Day 9

Pretty sure they’ve never said that. The community just likes to think that, and when somebody complains about the effetiveness of a class in a part of WvW, people like to say that the devs don’t balance for that.
In truth, they never have bothered to add WvW only changes. However, SPvP is becoming more alien to WvW with every patch (no bunker amulets, fewer hybrid amulets). I think we should advocate for WvW to receive its own balance.

I would love that!
I am still upset anet made warrior adrenal health nerf only in pvp. And it was not even a big nerf.

The problem with balancing wvw though is that there are different game modes like zerg havoc duo solo troll
