In the most recent ready up the Necromancer was supposed to get a buff to both staff’s 1 projectile and dagger 2’s life drain. The dev in the stream stated they would be out with the Halloween patch. Though I haven’t seen the changes in the patch notes, nor in game. Is there some dev info someplace I missed stating it got pushed back? I was overly excited for the staff projectile speed increase.

I believe these changes were scheduled for 11/4. Or 4/11 for you EU necros.
All of the balance changes are coming in November. They clearly stated such in the Ready Up episode.
