Guild Wars 2

Hi, does +healing gear effect life siphon, and other life siphon traits, sigils, and abilities?

If so, does it only effect the life transfer portion or the damage as well?

reddit post i saved awhile back from lettucemode.3789 who put some work into finding these things out. I have not seen any changes to any of the necro traits besides Vampiric so i still trust it.
