I did a search, could not find anything. I know Putrid Explosion is affected by 30% Minion dmg increase. Will this affect Putrid Explosion dmg too and minion dmg overall?

Minion Damage is standardized to be flat regardless of your stats. Only the trait and application of vulnerable increase it.

I haven’t tested it, but I’m fairly sure that it won’t. Minion damage is only affected by the specific minion damage trait, any stacks of might they have, and vulnerability on the target.
