I don’t think it’s necessary. For one, it would mean a lot of work. Two, it would infringe far too much on Engineer territory (effectively getting 2 skills for every equipped utility).

exactly. they can do WHATEVER they want with them. they can make field of darkness spawn minions…. they can make blood is power pass to five allies… they can add stab to ANY ability they want and this will make up for the low stability. They can turn CPC to a massive ale like 1200 or whatever meteor show is for else to make up for our “aoe weakness”
also this allows use two uses of each skill. so for trade they can increase the CD but keep the CD separate from DS CD
Its too much we really only need little tweaks… Mainly allowing us to be healed in ds. Although I think we may border on op if that happens especially in wvw…. if I can stay in ds while they’re blasting water fields drools

^This. We don’t need massive buffs to our skills, we just need very small tweaks here and there. That’s why this would be an issue, there are very few skills of ours that are strictly underpowered and need buffs. Most of them either need changes (nerf + buff at the same time to make more useful) or for other things to be added that compliments the playstyle (like CPC is actually a great utility skill, it just doesn’t fit any meta build).
CPC is pretty powerful in WvW and against large groups, well in general, but.like.bhawb aid it doesn’t fit in a lot of builds.
