Been dungeoning quite a fair bit recently with my necro, currently running a condition build with support. Just wondering what utilities skills you guys usually bring on your nec for dungeons.

Also, what are the less “popular” skills you think are invaluable in certain dungeons etc. Or any “creative use” of skills u might wanna share.

I run S/D with Staff. Well of Power and Well of Darkness(took all well traits) are stapled onto my build, with the third slot being Epidemic for mobs and BiP for bosses. Plague for mass blinds or extra tankiness when needed. Well of Blood for healing unless im in spots with mass conditions.

For things like CoF 2 etc trap areas and survival events i might swap in spectral armor/ spectral walk etc etc

Spectral Grasp often helps you to pull mobs out of groups (if it doesn’t bug) so you can take them down one by one.

Plague allows you to apply Blindness to a lot of melee mobs at once and sometimes let’s you skip a lot of mobs. If you are doing Arah 2 e.g. you can use Spectral Walk + Plague to skip the whole part with the golem.

Besides that I just use the Wells that are needed to either protect my group or mess with the enemies.

Spectral Grasp is very nice on the Lover’s fight in Ascalonian Catacombs, or so I hear.

I like Spectral Wall not so much for the effect of it but for the Ethereal Combo field. Confusion and Chaos Armour can be very, very nice to have especially if you’re not grouping with a Mesmer.
