Alright firstly i made this video mostly out of fun.
Note to all: This was made in one night and a half of a day in WvW, in the future i will have more than just one day of footage, and i will be fully geared
and i will work on a condition set as well cause i think that would be very fun too.
Take note that i just hit lvl 80 a couple days ago this is actually my seconds lvl 80
and i am not fully geared in this video but i have more trinkets in the cotton candy looking gear than the red and green dye one. the green and red dye gear is footage from the other night. i was also a different spec as you will see i used lich form. That is with my old traits and skills and gear, i now use different ones.
i personally like after around the 5 minute mark if your curious the begining imo was kinda weak meh just what i think lol i didnt realy take time on it like i said one night really lol.
Well, it’s kind of a gimmicky build limited by cooldowns and with low survivability, but then again most character builds designed for AE burst in a WvW setting have very similar limitations. It looks fun, even if it does get you killed a lot.
Showcased some awesome necro abilities and kitten looks haha. Disturbed is perfect for this.
I’m interested in your build as well, because it seems to be close to what I am shooting for, only thing I wasn’t able to see was whether or not you had Greater Marks ability for the staff.

He is 30 spite, 20 curses, 20 soul reaping — i.e. he doesn’t have Greater Marks (which is still bugged for Chillblains).

20 SR vs 20 Blood is an interesting decision, and there really isn’t a ‘best choice’ there. Personal preference I guess.
yes i know imo i like the extra 20% crit damage and 20% life force(not sure if this is bugged) vs the vit and healing.
Also i like to use deathsroud alot for life blast hence why i got the two traits for it, but i am missing out on cool down reduction to wells

It’s not your type of music… that’s what you guys should of typed and not say it was bad.
OR you could always mute it and you can put something else on that you like maybe some spice girls or S club 7. I don’t know what kids like these days ^^.
Was it just me or when you were one spot spamming staff abilites, did you 4 before 3? Wouldnt it be better to put chillblains down first then use putrid mark for the finisher effect?

Here’s the thing.
Technically yes that would be the best order, but sometimes in the middle of huge battles in WvW it gets hectic, and you are more concerned with dropping the marks as soon as they are off cool down, as fast as possible, especially with people moving extremely quickitteno get the optimal amount of people at once. So a lot of the times you just kind of lose yourself in the hecticness (made that word up) of the battle and drop whatever you can as fast as you can.
Aside some of the music bugs, how was the music bad?….
Well I only listened to half of the first song before I hit mute, and yes it was bad… If you think that death metal(? if that is what they still call it) with the comedy singing that sounds like a bad voice actor doing Skeletor, is going to stand the test of time you are simply mistaken, most people grow out of of that sort of thing (a bit like s-club 7)
But anyway if people like metal/rock and want to avoid comments about their taste in music on a video they choose to advertise, they should stick less extreme stuff on it Nirvana, Rolling Stones, etc.
Im in the process of making another one and i will mix up my music i dont just like “metal” maybe ill try to put some rock, some good rap, techno, dubstep i dunno ill find something lol
