Enfeebling blood nerf on 22/8
I will be the first to say I didn’t even notice, but frankly with 70% duration, it is still 10ish seconds, and gets removed before it runs its course. Didn’t notice that in the notes though, must have been hidden?
Havent seen that also,was hidden on forum patch notes.
We have plenty of ways to get weakness on foes, I don’t think an 18second weakness from enfeebling blood (with 80% cond duration) has ever run its course….
I think Enfeebling blood was too strong on its weakness duration post-weakness buff (in PvP). It gave pretty ridiculous weakness uptime for a single skill cast, AoE.
I assume this applies to weakening shroud aswell? I may be forced into an offhand dagger for perma weakness if thats the case.
A couple weeks ago some guy tried to make a thread listing the undocumented changes from a patch on the general discussion page and his thread was promptly locked with a moderator comment telling him there are no conspiracies and to take off his tin foil hat

It also has 15 second cooldown. If you go compare it to other skills which cause weakness it really wasn’t that “impressive”.
I am just hoping there’s also stealth buff to internal cooldown to drop it to 10 seconds.
The thing I am concerned is wrecking overall any decent defence apart being low armor massive hunk of hitpoints taking massive damage in less that couple of seconds without any decent ways to avoid it as it has currently become that.
Makes me want to stick a needle in my eyes sometimes.

Forum mods are kinda… well lets just say that a slug in salt would respond better to stuff (threads they closed include the first 2 necro bug compilations, a 2 page long explanation of bugs with vampiric traits and skills with bloodthirst, the old old necro downed hp one, corrupt boon not hitting shiz, epidemic when it used to be infinite/max targeting range, etc).

Well the mods are completely draconian so that doesn’t surprise me.
