I understand that the fractal boss that uses it is technically a guardian.. but his skills.. they are soo SO necro-esk.

plus, you could make some of the skills that boss uses, as skills for us! like the spinning confusion skill. Seeing as, to my knowledge, we necros don’t have a way to give out confusion, and we are supposed to be the condition masters, it would fit. right? RIGHT?!

I love playing my hammer guardian.. but I tend to play my necro for.. pretty much everything..

Yes the hammer would look great on a Necro, as it fits the theme of the class. But I doubt we’ll be getting hammer abilities any time soon. If there’s one class that’s more fitting to wield a hammer, that’s the Engineer. Which I would want hammer on much more than Necro.

A hammer on engineer doesn’t seem right though. Like, I could maybe see it as a way to repair turrets, maybe? But tool kit does that already. I honestly cannot think of a type of skill for engineers using hammers.

As for Necromancer, even though the fractal boss uses guardian animations, the skills are very much Necro-themed. The aoe that does 4 conditions/agony(obviously player necros wouldn’t get that part), spin to apply confusion.. those two fit it well, which would make a little easier to come up with 3 more skills rather then figure out a way to make engineers use hammer.

Finally, if you don’t like the passion I have for the game, there’s the door. I wasn’t spamming anyone but myself, and I could of flooded the forums with multiple posts but instead kept it to one.
