This is more in theory. We will see how OP things are on tuesday. But I believe at the moment it will not break pvp if a necromancer can transfer all 100 stacks of bleeding on a boss to all of his trash mobs instantly killing them.
120 stacks of bleed on a lord, Necro presses one key and instantly kills 5 dudes? Sounds like it won’t cause any problems.

Having a few necros would make for some mayhem to be sure.
25 Bleeds is high enough. If you have multiple Necros in a party, you can already insta-wipe a group of enemies. (Actually, I see that becoming a speed-clear tactic.)
No thanks. At this way, at least a capped Epidemic can be properly balanced.
Anyways the problem with epidemic is that it just doesn’t work the way conditions are setup. By the time you notice a target has conditions and is in range to spread and do the long cast, the conditions are gone or somebody has moved.
Nobody uses Epidemic because it sucks and Epidemic holds us back. Even in Pve, Bosses don’t have adds, so it’s not useful.
A balanced useable Epidemic can be something less powerful, but something that actually does something in a 1v1 situation.
This is one of the few nerfs to necro I was fine with, If you think about it, multiple necros using epidemic at the same time will still delete trashmobs.
They would have to be insane to leave Epidemic as it is now

There is someone who think 25stack of bleeding won’t kill any mob, I think. That is not to account for Burning, Poison, Torment, Confusion and Vulnerable stacks that come with that.
With the cap, it will be more possible for Necros to Epidemic boss/world boss condis to trash and then have another necro epidemic those conditions back onto the boss for more DPS.

If WvW keeps were changed to have 2 keep lords instead of one keep lord, then epidemic would be OK. Not good, Just ok (players would kite the bosses away from each other).

Depends on the trash mob really. “Real” trash mobs will be even more impossible to epidemic than now. However, if world bosses continue getting special elite trash protecting them (like silverwastes ones), then we should have time to epidemic them before they burn out from condis.
I agree with your WvW point. Either two lords or make mobs surrounding lords tough enough to last longer than 5 seconds vs. lots of DPS.
….25 stacks of burning, poison, torment (is that even possible), bit of confusion, did I mention burning? Pretty sure that’d kill just about anybody with 1 to 2 ticks. 25 stack cap is fine. Also, doesn’t epidemic cause all the conditions to scale to our condition damage, the ones copied onto enemies i mean.
