So I tried making a debuffer/condition damage Necromancer build.
I know weakness isn’t really strong against the current condition damage meta, but Necromancer is already pretty strong against condition damage enemies, because of their condition cleanses and transfers.
This is just an experiment after all.

In theory, I can have permanent weakness on an enemy and a lot of chilling. (I was thinking of changing staff to focus off hand, but Staff is generally a safe option, I’d say.)
What would you tweak/change?
