Well then. Having two of same main-hand or off-hand is a waste. The reason you have two sets is to gain access to total of 10 weapon skills. Two main-hand daggers instead of having an axe (which sucks btw) or Scepter means you are making yourself weaker. Not to mention that every Necromancer should have a Staff as backup, there are no cases where you should go without one.
Bloodthirst is a waste of a trait because siphoning does not scale enough in order to be effective, you are better off having Mark Of Evasion or even Vampiric Rituals.
If you want to be able to do something in PvP (for PvE this does not matter) you need a Stun Breaker. You just cannot live without a Stun Breaker in your skillbar.
You have Hemophilia even though you have ONE source of bleeding and it is on 21 1/4 second cooldown. Again another wasted trait.

I wanted to try a build that add survivabillity without having to sacrifice too much of damage.

I changed for chilling darkness and Mark of evasion. I hesited between rituals mastery vs vampiric rituals. But I though vampiric rituals was useless because wells recharge are already long enough.
Well of blood is useless because of it’s bug.
I though about the staff but I though it’s more usefull for WvW than pve imo. Wells adds aoe and DS has one also so it compensate on this part.
the reason I sticked with the 2 main hand dagger is with the Dagger mastery so when the first set is on cool down, you have the warhorn skills which is buffed with banshees trait.
Do you have a recommandation of a stun breaker?
There really is no choice when it comes to Stun Breakers on Necromancer, you either go Spectral Walk or you go home. Spectral Armor is too long CD and has kitteny effect and Plague Signet is bugged beyond all hells.

There are not much choice in the current states of the necro. For PVP I would swtich the first 2 wells skill to the spectral armor and spectral walk and change trait to spectral mastery for reduced cooldown
