This skill should heal my minions , why it doesn’t bounces between our minions ( even if there is just 1 foe ) ?!

Because it does bounce betwixt necrominions, and has done so for at least one and a half moons.
The real issue is it not bouncing at 900-1200 range when traited. :/
It does bounce between minions, but it has priority on how it chooses to bounce and minions are low on it.
