Here is a hybrid build I have been having fun with for a long time now and it never gets old. I got tired of being a MM necro or even a condi damage necro. This build still applies a good amount of conditions but also is very bursty with a little bit of tankyness. I will hopefully have some videos of me roaming WvW with it once I can get my editing software up to date and running.
This build give you a 90% crit chance in deathshroud. I chose the acended gear because it helps with pretty much everything that the build doesn’t give you (hp, cd, vitality, etc.). The build works best to enter with reaper’s touch and a few hits with rending claws to stack vulnerability, then pop in to death shroud and nuke the kitten out of anyone. I use Blood is Power for might stack and spectral wall for protection and also when chasing someone down. The last skill slot is preference, I use signet of locust while running to find enemies, then switch to well of suffering or corrupt boon.

I love this build and would recommend to try it out because it is something super new for WvW. I have yet to play sPvP with it so I cant say anything on that. ENJOY!
